Before Your First Visit

A Few Questions, Answered

A little clarity can make the first step feel easier.

Who is this group for?

Anyone affected by narcissistic abuse, emotional abuse, unhealthy relationship patterns, or attachment wounds. You may still be in a difficult relationship, have recently left, or be working through experiences from years ago.

Is this a Christian support group?

Yes. Christian faith, encouragement, and a relationship with God are central to Sherée’s approach to healing.

Is this therapy?

Heart to Heart support groups provide education, peer support, encouragement, and coaching-based guidance. They are not psychotherapy or a substitute for diagnosis or treatment from a licensed mental-health professional.

Do I have to share my story?

You are welcome to listen and participate at your own pace. Share only what you feel comfortable sharing.

When and where does the group meet?

Morning and evening sessions are planned every two weeks. See the Group Sessions page for the dates, times, timezone, and location of each published event.

How do I RSVP?

Choose a session on the Group Sessions page and enter your name and email. Group administrators can see your registration and receive an email notification.

How is my privacy protected?

Members agree not to disclose other members’ identities, stories, or personal circumstances. The confidentiality and disclaimer agreement explains these expectations, recording restrictions, leader guidance, limits of confidentiality, and privacy outside the group.

What if I need to change my RSVP?

Use the Contact page and tell Sherée which session you registered for. Please use the same email address you provided with your RSVP.
