A Place for Understanding, Healing, and Hope

Welcome to the Heart to Heart Narcissistic Abuse & Attachment Support Group, a compassionate, faith-centered community for those who have experienced narcissistic abuse, unhealthy relationship patterns, and attachment wounds.

If you have spent years feeling confused, unheard, emotionally exhausted, or questioning yourself because of a difficult relationship, you are not alone. Narcissistic abuse can deeply affect the way we see ourselves, trust others, establish boundaries, and experience relationships. Attachment wounds—often beginning much earlier in life—can influence whom we are drawn to, how we respond to closeness or conflict, and why certain relationship patterns seem to repeat themselves.

This group was created to provide a safe and supportive place to begin understanding those patterns and moving toward healing.

Why This Support Group?

Narcissistic abuse can be especially isolating because much of what happens within the relationship may be invisible to everyone else.

Over time, manipulation, blame, criticism, emotional withdrawal, gaslighting, control, or repeated cycles of affection and rejection can leave a person wondering:

Was it really abuse? Why did I stay? Why do I still miss them? Why do I keep questioning myself? Why am I afraid to trust again? Why do I keep ending up in similar relationships?

Understanding narcissistic abuse is an important part of healing, but sometimes we also need to understand our own attachment patterns.

Our earliest relationships can influence how we experience love, safety, rejection, abandonment, intimacy, and conflict as adults. Recognizing these patterns is not about blaming ourselves for what happened. It is about gaining understanding so that the past no longer has to determine the future.

What You'll Find Here

Our group provides a confidential and compassionate environment where we can talk honestly about narcissistic abuse, attachment wounds, boundaries, emotional triggers, relationship patterns, rebuilding self-trust, healthy communication, grief, forgiveness, faith, and learning how to form healthier connections.

There is no expectation that everyone will be at the same place in their journey.

Some may still be trying to understand what is happening in their relationship. Others may have recently left. Some may have been out of the relationship for years but are realizing that certain wounds remain.

Wherever you are in that process, you are welcome here.

This is a place to learn, share, listen, grow, and heal alongside people who understand.

Above all, my hope is that you begin to recognize that what happened to you does not have to define the rest of your story.

There is hope.

There is healing.

And there is life beyond unhealthy relationship patterns.

Welcome to Heart to Heart—a place where healing begins with understanding and where you don't have to walk the journey alone.
